That's beautiful James, you do have a knack for turning wood into aural sculptures!

Cool photos, James. Of course what these photos don't show is how awesome your system sounds. Seriously, your hard (wood) work has paid off. 8-)

Fabulous looking kit you've got there. Would love to hear that lot.

My old man had a great workshop at home, loaded to the brim with woodworking gear and all I ever built in there were wooden swords and other weapons. I should have been learning cabinet making but no, I wanted to be a ninja or something equally inane. Now I have to buy hi-fi gear instead of making my own. The perils of a misspent youth.

Hi Ash, your welcome anytime for a listen. Re cabinet making experience, non really needed, I have none, just sanding, sawing, gluing, drilling......anyone and most are capable of that:) Just a bit of research and drive is all you need.

Neil cheers bro!! How about a pic of your system ;) ? Hows the Pass going...not growing valves is it? I'd love to hear more about your speakers too:)

Thanks James, I'll take you up on that at some point in the near future.

I'll get back into some basic DIY when I get a bit more space, I'm keen to start off with some isolation platforms as per the one Pearce just made.

As for you Neil - pop up some pics before your system transforms yet again...

I'd be interested in some details on those speakers. I'm keen to do a diy full-range project myself next year.

You've done some beautiful work there, it looks stunning!
