Nikon’s new professional camera, the D4, will be launched at the famed CES technology trade show this week in Las Vegas.

The D4 features new FX format CMOS sensor and is capable of 16.2MP, with an ISO range of 100-12800 (decreased to ISO 50 and increased to ISO 204800).
Its new EXPEED 3 image processor is up to 22 times faster than the D3’s, while its 91,000 pixel RGB sensor supports Advanced Scene Recognition System, including enhanced face recognition.
The D4 is 51 focus points-compatible with f5.6 (and faster) lenses, and 11 focus points-compatible with f8.0 lenses, and features high speed continues shooting at approximately 10FPS, and will shoot continually up to 200 shots at a time.
The camera also features a new Ethernet connector for wired LAN and supports the new WT-5 Wireless transmitter.
